Refunds and cancellation
Cancel Student Pro whenever you like, and get your money back if you change your mind within 14 days.

The short version
- Cancel any time in Account → Plan and billing. You will not be charged again.
- Full refund if you ask within 14 days of subscribing, or of a yearly renewal.
- Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one.
- Your notes and saved study stay yours, whatever you decide.
01How to cancel
Go to Account → Plan and billing, choose Manage billing and cancel. You will not be charged again. Student Pro continues until the end of the month or year you have paid for.
Deleting your account (Account → Your data) also cancels your subscription, straight away. You can also email us at hello@get3dmed.com and we will cancel it for you.
02The 14-day money-back promise
If Student Pro is not for you, ask within 14 days and we refund the payment in full, however much you have used it.

We email you before every yearly renewal, so it never comes as a surprise. Switching between monthly and yearly starts a new subscription, with its own 14 days.
03How to ask for a refund
Email us at hello@get3dmed.com from the email address on your account, and say you would like a refund. You can use these words if you like:
To Get3DMed (hello@get3dmed.com): I am cancelling my Student Pro subscription and ask for a refund. Paid on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Email on my account: [email].
- We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of your request, usually much sooner. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Student Pro ends when the refund is made, and the subscription does not renew.
- There is no fee, and you do not need to give a reason.
04Your legal right to cancel
UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you 14 days to cancel a subscription bought online, starting the day after you subscribe. Our promise includes that right and goes further: we refund in full even if you have used Student Pro in those days, and we offer the same on every yearly renewal. We never ask you to give up the right at checkout.
05If something does not work
If Student Pro is faulty or not as described, tell us at any time, not only in the first 14 days. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will put it right, or if we cannot, refund some or all of what you paid.
06After Student Pro ends
Your account moves to the free Explore plan. Nothing you made is deleted:
- Your notes, saved views, collections and saved explanations stay yours.
- If you have more than three saved views, you keep them all, and can add new ones once you are down to three.
- Student Pro models lock again, and the tutor returns to its prepared answers.
You can subscribe again at any time from the pricing page.
