In most people, which artery supplies the sinoatrial node?

  1. ALeft anterior descending artery
  2. BRight coronary artery
  3. CCircumflex artery
  4. DPosterior descending artery

The sinoatrial nodal artery arises from the right coronary artery in about 60% of people, and from the circumflex artery in most of the rest.

The problem

Question banks rarely match what you just learned.

  1. 01

    Questions out of context.

Most banks are sorted by exam, not by the structure you have open. Finding questions on what you just studied takes longer than answering them.

  2. 02

    Right or wrong, nothing more.

A tick or a cross tells you little. Without knowing why the other options are wrong, the same mistake comes back.

  3. 03

    One level for everyone.

First-year anatomy and finals revision need different questions. A bank that cannot tell them apart wastes time at both ends.

How it works

Pick, answer, learn, retry.

  1. Choose a subject.

Any model, molecule or pathophysiology lesson, or press Quiz me in the model you have open.

  2. Choose a level.

Base, Intermediate, Advanced or Expert, or a mix of all four.

  3. Answer and read why.

Every question is single best answer, with an explanation for each option.

  4. Retake and retry mistakes.

Every attempt is kept: your first score, each retake and each mistake retry, with a review of every question.

Why it helps

Built around the atlas.

  • A

    Written for each subject.

Questions are written for the model or lesson itself, so they match what you see on screen.

  • B

    Checked before you see them.

Every question went through a separate checking pass for factual errors, clues in the wording and more than one defensible answer. Those that failed were left out.

  • C

    New questions first.

Quizzes draw questions you have not seen before they repeat any.

  • D

    Mistakes into flashcards.

Copy a question, or every mistake in a quiz, into a flashcard deck in one go.

How many questions are there?

More than 26,000, across every model, molecule and pathophysiology lesson, at four levels from Base to Expert.

Are the practice questions free?

Explore includes a one-off trial of 20 questions. Student Pro gives unlimited practice questions. Retaking a quiz and retrying its mistakes never use the trial.

Which exams are they for?

They follow what is in Get3DMed rather than one exam syllabus, so they suit anatomy, physiology and pathology courses wherever you study.

Can I retake a quiz?

Yes. Every attempt is kept, and you can retake the whole quiz or only the questions you got wrong.
