Monthly or yearly: which is better value?
Yearly. It is one payment of £59.99, which works out at £5.00 a month, less than 17p a day. Twelve months on the monthly plan cost £95.88, so yearly saves you £35.89 (37%). Monthly is £7.99 a month if you only need Student Pro for a short time, such as before an exam. Prices include any VAT that applies.Yearly. Monthly is $9.99 a month if you only need Student Pro for a short time, such as before an exam. Prices are before any sales tax.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Explore is free with no time limit and no card: open the heart, arm, brain, eye and skull models, glucose and DNA with every viewer tool, read a free preview of every pathophysiology lesson, keep three saved views and try three prepared tutor answers. Upgrade when you want the whole atlas and the full lessons.
What is in the pathophysiology library?
Guided lessons on how disease changes the body: 246, covering 214 conditions across 12 body systems and 32 shared mechanisms such as inflammation, shock and acid-base balance. Each lesson goes from normal function to the underlying change, the disrupted function and the symptoms, signs and findings it explains, using 3D models, diagrams, a recap and self-check questions. Explore shows each lesson's introduction and its normal-function step; Student Pro opens every step.
How do practice quizzes work?
Choose a topic (any model, molecule or pathophysiology lesson), a level from Base to Expert, or Mixed, and 10 to 50 questions. Get3DMed draws single-best-answer questions with an explanation for every option from its question bank of 26,000, questions you have not seen first, and saves the quiz so you can retake it, retry your mistakes and make flashcards. Student Pro is unlimited; Explore includes a one-off trial of 20 questions, and deleting a quiz does not give them back. Missing a topic? Request it from the quiz page.
How many questions can I ask the tutor?
Student Pro includes 100 live answers a month, yearly plans too, renewed on the 1st of each month (UTC). That is about three a day, more than most students use. Each answer is written fresh for your question and what is on your screen; answers are never reused from other students. If you run out, you can add 100 more answers for £2.99, kept for 12 months and used only after the month's allowance; nothing renews automatically. A question that fails or that you stop before it is answered uses nothing. To stop automated misuse, very rapid bursts of questions are paused for a minute or two.Student Pro includes 100 live answers a month, yearly plans too, renewed on the 1st of each month (UTC). How do saved views work?
A saved view keeps the exact arrangement of a model: camera, visible structures, layers, labels and slice. The limit is how many you keep at once (3 on Explore, 100 on Student Pro), not how many you make each month: delete one and the slot is free again. Your automatic place in each model, your notes and your collections never use a slot.
What happens if I cancel?
Switching off renewal keeps Student Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Afterwards your notes, saved views, explanations, saved quizzes with their results and your flashcards stay readable, editable and downloadable, and you can still retake your quizzes; new quizzes then come from Explore’s one-off trial, which counts every question the account has already drawn; Student Pro models lock again, pathophysiology lessons return to their free previews (your place in each is kept), and if you have more than three saved views you keep them, but add new ones only after deleting down to three.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Student Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of subscribing, or of a yearly renewal, and we refund that payment in full, however much you have used it. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal. The refund and cancellation policy says how to ask.
Do I need a university email?
No. Anyone can create an account with any email address, or with Google.
